How can mindfulness support healing and growth after a stroke?
Dr. Lori Gray, Associate Professor and Program Director for Holistic Health and Contemplative Well-Being, explores that question in her newly published research featured in a special issue of *Healthcare* focused on life after stroke.
The study highlights psychological resilience, personal growth, and thriving through a mindfulness-based stroke recovery model developed through years of research and community engagement.
Congratulations to Dr. Gray and her collaborators on this meaningful contribution to stroke recovery research.
