Our skaters had a great time at the annual Bobbie Stoermer Skills Competition in Ann Arbor yesterday! It’s part of the Michigan Basic Skills Series.

Lola Brott, Blake Ponton and Ava Urbina will represent GKSA in Boston this July, competing against skaters from across the country!

This morning, GKSA was proud to once again join our Kalamazoo ice user group partners as we continue important conversations about the future of ice sports in our community.
For generations, organizations like GKSA, KOHA, the Southwest Michigan High School Hockey League, and the Kalamazoo Curling Club have worked to create opportunities for athletes and families while building a strong local skating and hockey culture.
Together, we remain committed to growing those opportunities for future generations.
A special thank you to Discover Kalamazoo for their continued leadership, partnership, and support of local non-profit organizations and the future of ice sports in Kalamazoo.
