Please sign up for any of the positions on the sheet (as much as you are willing to commit). Monday, Tuesday, and (if necessary) Wednesday morning will all be dedicated to prep work of the ingredients for the dishes. If you are signing up to do prep work, please sign up by Friday! We need to let James Meade know who will be going into the kitchen to prep (so, let the people you know who want to prep, to sign up ASAP!). If you sign-up for a time slot, YOU HAVE TO COMMIT.

On the day of the event, we will need people to help volunteer at the booths – one cook, one person to give out food, and one person to put a sticker on the passports. If the booth does not require a cook, then 2 volunteers are needed!

Tonight, FOOD!

We will be having a meeting from 6pm to 7pm Wednesday, May 9th, in Dewing 200. In addition to a discussion, we will talk about the logistics of the Chicago trip with K-Desi (VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE GOING!!) as well as the finishing touches on the Night Market (WE NEED VOLUNTEERS/COOKS!)! First meeting of Spring this Wednesday from
6-8pm in Olmstead!

We'll be having food from Korea House, welcoming back members from study abroad, and brainstorming events and activities for this coming quarter. Hope to see you there!! :D

Happy 8th week!

Don't forget, our meeting is tonight @7 :30 in Hicks 111A. We'll be decorating and creating posters for AFDS, possibly be playing mahjong, and we'll have some super spicy ramen for you, so come through!

Week 7 meeting tonight at the leadership lounge (in Hicks by OSI)! Come thru for dumplings, pork buns, the chance to decorate our wonderful AFDS table, and much more!
