Western Michigan University Steel Bridge Team

We are a group of engineering students who come together to design, fabricate, and assemble a 1:10 scale steel bridge at an annual competition.

This competition helps Civil and Construction Engineering students develop valuable engineering skills by applying classroom lessons to a real project. In the fall semester we use structural analysis and CAD software to create a strong, lightweight bridge design.
