PI KAPPA ALPHA Presents Our First Annual PIKE Philanthro-Camp! Donation link in bio!

PI Kappa Alpha will be sending some of our finest brothers to the heart of Western Michigan University. where they will camp out on campus for 48 hours. During this event, PIKE will be raising money for a local Kalamazoo non-profit, Communities In Schools of Kalamazoo.

Event Overview: PIKE Philanthro-Camp is a dynamic and interactive fundraising initiative designed to rally our fraternity brothers, campus supporters, and community members around a common goal. We will be setting specific monetary targets to create a buzz, generate excitement, and contribute meaningfully to our philanthropic efforts. In other words… The more we LOSE, the more the kids GAIN!

Format: The event will span for 48 hours, starting April 2nd at 7am and ending April 4th at 7am. Participants (both fraternity members and supporters) will contribute donations toward our collective goal. For every donation milestone reached, our 48 hours becomes increasingly more difficult.

Goal Milestones & Events:

Always Available: $2 song requests (Anything < 10 mins) 2$ raffle ticket for $50 gift card, 5$ per water balloon

$25: Lose Football
$100: All brothers must eat a cold can of beans
$250: Lose Minifridge
$500: Costume up (All brothers must wear costume for duration of challenge)
$750: Brother will get a buzz cut
$1000: Lose couch
$1250: Lose all Flashlights/Nightlights
$1500: All brothers will compete in a high heel race
$1750: Lose pillows
$2000: Costco sheet cake to the face
$2250: Lose seats
$2500: Lose game systems
$3000: Brothers are now only allowed to eat bananas for duration of challenge
$3500 :Lose all tech
$4000: All brothers will take a jump in an Ice Bath
$4500: Each brother will be paired up and duct taped for duration of event
$5000: Lose the tent

March 1st, 1868, University of Virginia…

156 years ago today, six men came together to create the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Since then, Pike has gone on to initiate over 300,000 new members and start over 200 new chapters throughout the country.

Happy Founders Day to all the brothers of ΠΚΑ, active or alumni! Here’s to another 156 years of brotherly love and kind feeling.

Over the past weekend, a few of our brothers had the opportunity to head down to Chicago to attend the Leadership Summit!

These brothers were able to network and learn from Pikes across the region, and look forward to implementing what they’ve learned.

Congratulations to Pike’s own businessman, Liam Zoli, on securing 2nd place in the DECA competition for corporate finance & international marketing!
