For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of education, leadership, research, and public engagement. I’ve enjoyed speaking with educators, students, policymakers, universities, nonprofits, and communities across the country and around the world.
This video highlights moments from that journey: conversations about educational equity, leadership, democracy, student success, innovation, and the power of public scholarship to create real change.
As a professor, researcher, former dean, and former provost, I believe the most important conversations are the ones that move people from awareness to action. My work focuses on helping organizations and communities think differently about leadership, opportunity, and the future.
If you are interested in collaborating, hosting a conversation, or bringing me to your next conference, summit, university event, school district gathering, or community initiative, I would love to connect.
