Reflecting on last week’s CEO & Leadership Panel, we gained such valuable and meaningful insights in both our lives and our careers. Here’s some of the top takeaways from our analysts!

One thing that really stuck with me was how much they emphasized just showing up every day and being consistent. It made me realize that leadership isn’t about big, flashy moments, it’s really about your habits and how you treat people on a daily basis. When you show up the right way every day, people respect it. In the end, it’s the small actions that build real leadership. It reminded me that who you are when no one’s watching is what really counts.

olds I’ve always struggled with failure, something I’m sure many people can relate to. One thing Coach said really stood out to me “Get to the point where you only see successes. Be solution-based at all times.” It was a great reminder that every failure comes with a lesson, and each one brings you a step closer to success. I appreciated how he put that into perspective.

One thing that I took for the leadership & CEO panel was from coach “Turn potential into production, and talent gets you in the door but potential gets you places”.
One thing that I took away from this quote is you could have all the talent in the world but if you have potential that’s what takes your places.

What really stood out to me from the Leadership and CEO Panel was when the portfolio CEOs talked about betting on yourself. That idea really resonated with me because so many of the opportunities I’ve had came from hard work and trusting in myself.

A huge congratulations to all of our LBS students who received awards and were granted scholarships! Your work and dedication does not go unrecognized and we are so proud of you all! Again, congratulations and we can’t wait to see everything you all continue to accomplish. Keep bringing the juice! 🧃👏🏼

Each team explored strategic growth opportunities and presented actionable insights to support the company’s future direction.
