We are beyond grateful for the incredible generosity shown by our Little Scholars families this holiday season. Thanks to you, we were able to collect an amazing number of donations for our local homeless shelter and Kalamazoo Animal Rescue.

From toys, clothing, and essentials to food and items for our furry friends, every single donation will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and animals in our community.

This giving tree truly reflected the kindness, compassion, and heart of our Little Scholars community. Thank you for teaching our children the importance of caring for others and giving back.

We are so proud and thankful to have such wonderful families—your generosity did not go unnoticed! 💕🐾🎁

🎄✨ Little Scholars Learning House Giving Trees Are Back! ✨🎄

Starting December 1st, we’re spreading kindness in our community through our Giving Trees! 🌟

We’re collecting donations for both people and pets in need this holiday season:

🧤 For Adults & Kids: hats, gloves, scarves, and gently used or new toys
🐾 For Pets: bedding, cat & dog treats, food, toys, and cat litter

All pet donations will go to Kalamazoo Animal Rescue, and all other donations will be delivered to a local shelter to help families in need this winter. ❤️

Let’s come together and make this season brighter for everyone — two-legged and four-legged friends alike! 🏠💚

🌟 Teacher Spotlight: Ms. Sarah! 🌟

This week we’re celebrating Ms. Sarah, our wonderful Director and Preschool Teacher! 💛

Ms. Sarah brings warmth, creativity, and strong leadership to our center every single day. As both a teacher and director, she balances her time between guiding our preschoolers through fun, engaging learning experiences and supporting our staff with her positivity and dedication.

Her classroom is filled with laughter, curiosity, and hands-on learning — from creative art projects to circle time discussions that spark big ideas. Ms. Sarah has a special gift for making every child feel seen, heard, and valued.

When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll find her working behind the scenes to make sure our center runs smoothly and continues to be a welcoming place for families and staff alike.
