Empowered, active kids is the goal at Step Up Kids Run Club! Our traditional program is an 8-week session meeting twice a week for an hour each day.

We transform traditional running games and drills into powerful life lessons using growth mindset principles. Through running games and drills, we teach children empowerment principles that will help them not only achieve their running goals in our time together, but will introduce them to the growth mindset they need to set and achieve goals throughout their life. The 8 Core Empowerment Principle

Highlight: MEDAL CHALLENGE

Join us starting April 13 for our next season!
👉🏻 StepUpKidsRunClub.com/sessions

Our goal every season at Step Up Kids Run Club is to help your kids develop confidence. Research has shown that a powerful way for kids to develop confidence is for them to set and achieve goals, building their own proof of how capable they are.

Medal Challenge Day is the day we give them that opportunity. They get a chance to put all the running and empowerment skills we've worked on into practice by setting goals and taking on an age-appropriate fitness challenge to earn their end of season medal. The pride they feel having earned their medals through hard work and determination is our favorite part of each season!

Our first class every season at Step Up Kids Run Club centers around power words. We teach the kids that how we talk about and to ourselves matters. We give them an empowerment vocabulary that they can use to help themselves rise to both the challenges in run club and the challenges in life! We play games, we have fun, and we move a LOT. But woven through it all, we work on empowering kids to realize they are STRONG, they are CAPABLE, and we love to see how they show up DETERMINED!

Our next season starts April 13 and registration is open now! StepUpKidsRunClub.com/sessions.
