The W.E.R.X. Program is a 3-year leadership and employment initiative that prepares students for success in the modern business landscape:

Real Work Experience: 6–15 hours per week of paid employment training within YFC social enterprises.

Interactive Workshops: Monthly sessions covering life, social-emotional, and professional business skills.

Community Mentorship: Direct guidance from YFC staff and experienced local business leaders.

Starting mid-freshman year, students gain the tools, confidence, and ethics needed to succeed in any career path.
