Join us tomorrow to learn more about emotional eating! Thursday, Oct. 1 at 12:05pm in Sindecuse Health Center, Room 3118.

Emotional eating is when you eat in response to your feelings, not in response to physiological hunger. Because emotional eating has nothing to do with true hunger, food choices are usually not the healthiest. This workshop will help participants identify emotional vs physiological hunger, learn why food ‘works’ as a temporary fix, and discuss strategies to help overcome emotional eating.

Help us make our campus safer through harm reduction! Harm reduction has been proven to save lives, reduce risky behavior, and provide options to make healthier decisions.

Carrying naloxone is an important method of harm reduction. Our new naloxone box is located in the Student Center near the bookstore entrance and is available 24/7 for students to access.
