Logging those Beanstack reading minutes paid off! 📚✨

Our 3rd and 4th graders had the privilege of meeting author, illustrator, and publisher James Rumford (creator of over 40 books, including The Hawaiian Monk Seal- Dog of the Sea Waves)!

He shared his passion for storytelling and left our students with an inspiring reminder: keep trying through every mistake because “The world is as big as you want to make it.” 🌍💫

Our 2nd graders had a peachy time at the Honolulu Theatre for Youth watching Momotaro, Peach Boy! 🍑🎭 A fun day of storytelling, culture, and making memories together!

Unlocking the Kolea Code! 🕊️✨

Our students kicked off the school year learning what it truly means to be Responsible, Respectful, and Safe across every part of our campus!

To make learning our school expectations fun and engaging, students rotated through interactive stations around campus, practicing how to show their Kolea pride in the classroom, on the playground, in the cafeteria, and beyond.
