Heartbridge Performing Arts Company runs a Discipleship Training School unlike any other. Founded by Maria Jackson, we are a DTS that specializes in training young artists to share the gospel through performing arts. This school is wrapped around a professional 1.2 hour long production called, Coming Home, that showcases dance styles from Hip-Hop to Hula, singing, acting, and percussion. As a stud

ent, you would come to our program and spend the first three months learning from incredible lecturers on topics such as; The Father Heart of God, Hearing God’s Voice, or Arts and Missions. Then in the afternoons and evenings you will have rehearsals and skill times based on how you’ve been casted into the production. The second portion of the DTS focuses on a radical outreach to 2-4 different countries where the entire school goes on tour together. We perform the show for free, anywhere. We perform for anyone from governors and city leaders to refugees and orphans. After our show; we preach, evangelize, and offer physical healing and prayer. When we don’t perform the show, we lead worship in churches, teach dance/acting workshops for youth, and whatever else the Holy Spirit has in store. We have seen hundreds impacted and come to Christ, and hope to inspire young artists to live a life making Jesus famous! 100 days since DTS started! 🎉

First Show of “Coming Home” ✅

God is so faithful! Admits any rocks or bumps along the path these students have been overcomers. We got to watch as they shared Jesus on and off stage, they all came together and served one another so well. They have pressed in to the fullness that God has for them and last night we got to experience the fruit of that. So many testimonies of families being restored, parents giving their lives to the Lord (praise Jesus), and students even understanding more of the Father’s heart towards them. We are so excited to send this team to the Nations in 2 weeks. Please keep them in your hearts and prayers. God was touching so many hearts just through our home show, we can only believe and hope what he has for the nations they are going to.

This post is a bit late but last week we had hippie themed spirit day in honor of the movie ‘Jesus Revolution’ being released in theaters. This movie is about the Jesus moment that took place in the late 60’s and yearly 70’s that started in the west coast of the United States and swept through North America. This movement had a major impact on what people would call the “flower children” (hippies) because of the flowers they would wear and distribute to represent peace, joy, love and universal belonging. In their pursuit of happiness and cultural utopia many came to faith in Jesus Christ, giving birth to what we know as the Jesus Movement.

We got the privilege as a school to have an early showing of the movie before the movie was released in theaters!
Highly recommend!
If you haven’t had a chance to get out to theaters to watch this movie opening weekend, you will most definitely want to make plans to see it!
