We want to invite you to IGNITE, a weekly, ongoing online training group for Christian writers who can't join YWAM's Writing School. Although the in-person three-month school is irreplaceable, this initiative is our way to pass on this training to further God's kingdom.

We'll meet on Saturdays at 9AM Hawaiian time (GMT -10), start with prayer, and continue with a condense teaching on writing that is immediately put into practice. This is followed up by an open Q&A to then finish with the participants voting for the topic that will be covered the following week.

There's no cost to participate. The meetings won't be recorded to encourage attendance. The only requirements are: to be a Christian, be respectful of the speaker and the participants (this is not a debate group), and be willing to let God use your gifts.

Check the latest book published by one of our Writing School alumni. Little Lighthouse enjoys guiding boats away from the rocks until one night his light stops working. After his bulb is fixed, Little Lighthouse thinks nobody notices what he does and wonders if he should keep helping others. Through this story, children will learn to never stop doing what they love, or what’s right, even if their actions go unnoticed.
