📍 From Kona to the Mile High City! 🏔️✈️
Our Kona Chapter delegation was incredibly honored to represent our home at the NEA RA in Denver! We stood proud alongside 100 HSTA colleagues and over 6,000 educators from across the nation.
Yes, the days were long—10 to 12 hours of non-stop action—but we gratefully enjoyed every minute. Those marathon sessions are where the real work happens: debating vital education policies and voting to shape the future of public schools.
Despite the long hours, the energy was unmatched. The deep camaraderie within our Hawaii delegation and the inspiration of meeting passionate teachers from across the country made it unforgettable. We are coming home full of gratitude and inspiration.
