URL: https://uh.campus.lumisight.com/

Unvaccinated Staff, Faculty, Students and Guests are required to be tested weekly for the COVID-19 virus and to upload and show their negative test result into the LumiSight UH app prior to coming to campus. This includes unvaccinated students who receive a medical and/or religious exemption.

Temperature Checks, Screening, Distancing and Face Masks
are required within facilities.

UHMC, Maui County, State of Hawaii, and CDC Safety Guidelines are followed and may change with little notice. We reserve the right to limit face-to-face service. Please stay safely at home if you are symptomatic or feeling sick, have just traveled, or have been in contact with Positive COVID-19 patients.

From Chancellor Lui Hokoana:

We understand there are members of the UHMC community (staff, students and guests) who either cannot or may not want to be vaccinated. You have the option of applying for a medical and/or religious exemption.

Please note that even if an exemption is approved, you still must show a negative COVID-19 test weekly. Whatever you decide, we hope you will understand that the health and safety of our UHMC campus and our community is paramount and the overriding criteria for UH policies.

Revised Friday 8/27/2021:
All participants using UH Facilities must upload Covid-19 Vaccinations and/or show proof of a weekly Covid-19 test through the LumiSight UH App. URL: https://uh.campus.lumisight.com/
