This month Northwest ISD is celebrating the leaders who make a difference in our schools every day! 🎉 Throughout National Principal Month, we’ll recognize our incredible principals and the impact they have on students and staff.

Today, we’re highlighting:
⭐ Jeremy Martin at Tidwell Middle School
⭐ Jim Mahler at Hatfield Elementary School
⭐ Kara Lea Deardorff at Byron Nelson High School
⭐ Kenni Dwyer at Sendera Ranch Elementary
⭐ Kim Blackburn at Dr. Leigh Anne Romer Elementary School
⭐ Lyndsie Smith at Sonny and Allegra Nance Elementary School
⭐ Michelle Jennings at Barksdale Middle School
⭐ Michelle Mcadams at Kay Granger Elementary
⭐ Nathan Roub at J. Lyndal Hughes Elementary School

We’ve also been visiting campuses to ask students what they love most about their principals. ❤️ Keep an eye out throughout the month to hear directly from our students!

Thank you to all our principals for the difference you make every day! 👏✨
