What an incredible way to kick off the new school year!
July 30, the FAU Stiles-Nicholson STEM Teacher Academy SNSTA through the Center for Educational Strategy & Innovation proudly supported The School District of Palm Beach County’s New Teacher Academy, welcoming educators as they prepared to begin a new school year and a new chapter in their careers.
With more than 500 new teachers joining the district, nearly 200 educators participated in eight CESI/SNSTA-sponsored sessions facilitated by CTLG Consulting’s Eric Rhoades and Skip Tyler. Through engaging, interactive professional learning, teachers explored practical strategies for building classroom community, strengthening student engagement, and creating positive learning environments from day one.
On August 5th, The School District of Palm Beach County held its annual Math, Science, and STEM Back-to-School Conference, bringing engaging professional learning to educators as they prepare to welcome students back to their classrooms.
Nearly 200 teachers attended CESI/SNSTA-sponsored sessions facilitated by CTLG’s Eric Rhoades and A.D. Henderson & FAU High School’s FAU Lab Schools’ 2026 District Teacher of the Year, Lindsey Wuest. Through interactive, practical, and classroom-ready learning experiences, educators explored innovative strategies designed to spark curiosity, deepen student engagement, and bring learning to life.
We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with the School District of Palm Beach County to invest in the educators who inspire our students every day—and thankful to Eric, Skip, and Lindsey for sharing their expertise, creativity, and passion with teachers across the state of Florida.
We remain committed to providing meaningful, cost-free professional learning that inspires, empowers, and equips educators to make an impact in their classrooms and beyond.
Here’s to an innovative and inspiring 2026–2027 school year!
