Do you have an great idea that would help people dealing with anxiety or depression? USF's annual business pitch competition is an incredible opportunity to bring your idea to life and help people!
USF and Florida Blue have teamed up and are looking for innovative solutions for treating for anxiety and depression. Students in Florida with ideas for improving access to mental health treatment and therapy, reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, therapy, and other forms of treatment, personalizing treatments or making them more convenient, or providing tools for maintaining mental health and wellness are encouraged to apply!
Applications are due by July 1st. Twelve finalists will receive $1,000 and mentoring from industry professionals to further develop their idea. The team that wins the pitch competition on October 10th will be awarded $10,000. The second and third place teams will receive $5,000 and $2,500, respectively.

Hey guys!
Our first off-campus event, The Great Escape Room, is coming up on November 10th from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.. The location is Time Travel Escapes, LLC, 401 Maplewood Drive (10 minutes from campus). Transportation will be provided if you do not have a car. We are estimating the cost to be $10/person (but we are meeting with COSO to minimize this rate; the more members that sign up, the smaller the fee we will have to pay).
*The great escape event is first come, first serve since we can only take a maximum of 22 people. To have a guaranteed spot, please fill out the following google form:
