The event brought together a panel of experts from mental health care, medicine, neuroscience, education and the judicial system to illuminate a unique perspective on both the individual and the societal effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). Their insights offered hope on how we can support children to overcome ACEs - from understanding the deepest inner workings of the brain to building resilient communities.
