​Our family took the journey of a lifetime in Samaná, Dominican Republic! We embarked on a long, rugged trek—combining hiking and horseback riding—through the lush jungle to witness the breathtaking El Limón waterfall (visible in the distance behind us!).

​Training, discipline, and pushing our limits aren’t just for the Mo Gwoon—they’re for exploring the world together! There’s nothing like bridging the bond of our kung fu family with unforgettable adventures like this. These are the memories that will last a lifetime.

☯️ Finding Wing Chun balance in paradise. Reflecting on a truly great week of training in beautiful surroundings in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic. Kung Fu teaches us to be like water—adaptable, powerful, and at peace. Being by the sea is the perfect place to focus on internal energy and kung fu dynamics.

Connecting with our kung fu brothers and sisters outside of our normal environment reminds us of the discipline, respect, and community that defines us. We leave this week with a clearer mind and stronger bodies.
