We were all beginners once,.even our owners. 🧡 🖤 🧡

We asked Nicole and Maria about their very first class, because before they owned Sculpt Shop, they were figuring it out just like everyone else.

And don’t worry, Maria has since quit smoking! 😂👏🚭

Your first class doesn’t have to look perfect. You might feel awkward, need extra help, or laugh when you realize you’re facing the wrong way. That’s part of learning!

We’re here to guide you, answer questions, and help you feel more confident every time you come back.

We were all beginners once. 🧡 🖤 🧡

Audrey’s very first class as a student? Let’s just say it didn’t come naturally. 😂 But she kept coming back, learning, making mistakes, and getting better. Eventually, she went from figuring it out herself to helping others do the same, and now Audrey Barnes's one of everyone’s favorite instructors.

If you’ve been nervous about trying your first class, this is your reminder: you don’t have to know what you’re doing before you walk through our doors. That’s what we’re here for.

Come as you are. Ask questions. Make mistakes. We’ll help you find your way, one movement at a time.
