✨ Instructor Spotlight: Tracy ✨

If you've been taking classes in Jupiter lately, you've probably seen Tracy bringing the energy! While many of you know her from our West Palm studio, we've loved having her sub in Jupiter and wanted to officially introduce her.

Originally from Southern California, Tracy made the leap to Florida in 2022 without knowing a single person. Guided by faith and a "trust the process" mindset, she built a new life from the ground up, and that same resilience shines through in every class she teaches.

After a CrossFit neck injury, Tracy became fascinated with the mind-body connection. She first trained in Classical Pilates before finding Xformer, where she fell in love with the combination of strength, mental toughness, and community.

Today, she's living pain-free and helping others move better and feel stronger.

Expect plenty of leg-burning, time-under-tension work, a deep connection to your powerhouse, and the kind of challenge that makes you stronger both physically and mentally.

And one fun fact... Tracy is an adventure seeker through and through. Moving across the country with nothing but faith is proof of that.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms of Sculpt Shop 🧡

Read until the end for a special announcement/question for all our mamas 👀

To the moms who show up exhausted but still make time for themselves.

The moms balancing work, kids, sports, school pickups, meals, and somehow still finding 50 minutes to move their bodies.
The moms setting the example for their children that health matters.

The moms who cheer each other on, support other women, and help make this community what it is.

And especially to our mom instructors, thank you for pouring into this community while also pouring into your families every single day.

We see you. We appreciate you. And we hope today you feel celebrated 💛

Also… we’ve had a lot of conversations lately about ways to better support moms inside the studio. Sculpt Shop is in the VERY beginning stages of possibly adding a babysitting/play room option during classes with a capped number of kids. This would likely be part of a special membership/add-on.

At this point we are ONLY gathering information and gauging interest, nothing is finalized or guaranteed yet.
