Taking the leap and trusting the process.

So many of us at this time are transversing incredible new terrain, both externally and internally. I think that for so many of us right now the focus is on how can we navigate all of these shifts in alignment with our joy VS from a space of fear.

It has been a delicate dance for myself these days, feeling the pull to expand and simultaneously being asked to rest more. Seems contradictory, but when I’m learning is that rehabbing myself from the “hustle culture” of society has given me more space to reconnect, revitalize, and let fresh new ideas flow through (hence the new walking event!) I think as a society we are being forced in a way to go back into the natural rhythems of life instead of this artificial structure of grinding until you burn out. Burning out is out, moving slower with intention is in. We’re still working and creating, it’s just coming from a more grounded and secure place now.
