20 YEARS?!?! Wow.

A message from the owner of Ubermac:

Wow. 20 years in and I still love what I do. As of January 2, 2025, Ubermac will have been in business and helping all of you for 20 years.

I get to help people every single day, to help them learn about how to solve their Apple Computer and Device issues. I get to teach them how to use them, and I also get to solve problems for those that don't actually care to even know how I do it, but just want it fixed.

I somehow became an educator.

An educator to the basic elderly client who just wants to know how to communicate with their family and friends. An educator to the rich and famous. To A-list sports figures, CEO's of well known Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, musicians, and even political figures. And then, even an educator to the every day user that walks in our door.

Please understand, that I am not trying to brag. Anyone that knows myself and my company, knows that I am not that kind of person. I am a very humble person. But I say this because I am more flattered than anything. Flattered that these amazing people trust me, myself, and my company, Ubermac, over anyone else that they could call or have help them.

Many of these individuals have become friends over time. I am deeply grateful for their trust, relying on me and my company for guidance, advice, and recommendations.

Looking back, it is hard for me to believe that I have accomplished what I have, and I am so very, very proud of what I have built. And I truly want to thank everyone that has allowed me to make a career out of what I love to do.

Ubermac reflects my own standards, morals and ethics. It is about doing what is right. It's about having compassion for those that want to understand these products or needs help. It is about following through with every project for a client. Every request. Every question.

We set ourself apart from other companies by doing simple things like making sure someone answers the phone when you call during normal business hours. There will never be a "phone system" or "menu" to have to navigate through. We pride ourselves on having a human who answers the phone and that helps you that very minute. We pride ourselves on returning phone calls as fast as possible, and not allowing our clients to fall through the cracks.

It gets stressful. Yes. But it is worth it. Because to successfully run a company like Ubermac, my philosophy is that, all you need to do is to look at how other companies mis-handle simple tasks like customer service, returning phone calls, and following through with requests and communication, and then ask yourself, "How would I like to be treated?".

In closing, I have often wondered if any other company exists that is like Ubermac. I mean specifically. I had researched on the internet over the years, and never got a very solid conclusion from my research. Through this research I did find that, although there are many companies that "fix" issues, or upgrade computers, I have always wondered if any companies focused directly on the consumers issues like we do. Teaching. Educating. Individually. And I never found a solid answer until my old buddy ChatGPT and I had a chat tonight.

So I had a conversation with ChatGPT to finally find out. I asked "Are there any other companies like Ubermac in the United States, that focus on Apple products and consulting like we do."

Below is the answer that was returned. I am proud to say that it looks like, as of today, Ubermac is the only company in the United States that does what it does. And I want to again, thank everyone that has ever allowed myself or my company, to help you with your Apple computer or device issues.
