This is not a dismissive statement, nor is it diminishing one’s own opinions surrounding how you might feel about trauma or pain.
This is a reminder that if you look back just a bit on the entirety of your existence so far, you will see that you have overcome every moment that was meant to break you.

So much energy of change and shift as a brand new year begins.
Today is the new moon in Capricorn as well, which gives an extra dose of excitement towards our manifestation goals.
On this day I find myself deeply settling into my chest.
Shifting energetically what I THINK, into what I FEEL.
This process requires deep breath connection and gifts an illuminated awareness as to where I am still holding myself hostage.
I believe everlasting change occurs when we bravely break free from the emotional prisons we have become so comfortable living in.

TRY IT:
Get inside your rib cage and expand the divinity of who you are without any mental restrictions.
