JMS is hiring for a full-time school assistant! Hours are 8:45am-5pm M-F; the ideal candidate will have some flexibility to adjust their arrival and departure time occasionally. Duties include doing dishes, preparing materials, preparing snacks, helping clean and keep the environment tidy, and working with children during lunch, on the playground, in the nap room, and in the aftercare program. This person will spend time in all three of our classrooms, work with all of our children and staff, and each day will be different. The ideal candidate is calm and patient, enjoys working in a team, and is highly reliable and consistent. Starting wage $20/hr, plus school breaks, paid time off, and gear and wellness stipends.
