Joe Satriani's - Surfing with the Alien - performed LIVE in Concert and Costume Contest! Join Lords of Karma for 2 mini concerts on March 16, 2019 at the Hangar Ballroom featuring ALL songs from Surfing with the Alien. All ages show starts at 7pm, doors open at 6:30pm. 21+ show starts at 9pm, doors open at 8:15pm - full service bar.

A great example of Pitch Axis Theory in Satriani’s ‘Satch Boogie’. A constant pedal tone on A varying the chord/scale tonality. What a beautiful piece of music...I decided to take it up a notch and perform the bi-dextral slurring (finger tapping) over-the-neck. What a blast!
