ALCC is always recruiting for our next Flexible-Hours Caregiver!
About the Caregiver position...
ALCC has a continuous recruitment model for our flexible-hours Caregiver position. Sometimes we are looking for a full-time staff member, and sometimes a part-time staff member. As our schedule needs change over the year, applicants who are not considered for the current job have the potential to be kept as a part of the applicant pool to remain in consideration. Please email [Email hidden] for an Employment Application. Previous experience with children is preferred, but not required. Love for young children and patience are a must.
Benefits include PTO leave, and paid holidays and winter break. Continuing education is important to us, and ALCC will help pay training and education costs. Hourly rate depends on experience and education.

ALCC is a play-based center with a family-oriented atmosphere, focused on social-emotional skills, and places a high value on love of outdoors, music and the arts. It is the mission of the Aurora Lights Childcare Center to provide quality child care for all families in the community in a nurturing, love, and educational environment. Although our program is housed within the Aldersgate United Methodist Church, our curriculum is non-denominational and play-based.
