Baby Raven Reads and the Juneau Public Libraries will host a public Family Event this Saturday at the Mendenhall Valley Library beginning at 2 pm. Open to all families with children ages 0-5, the event will include storytelling, songs, and other cultural and literacy activities.

This is the second of three summer Raven Reads at the Library events in Juneau. Stay tuned for details on events in Petersburg and Sitka.

Assist the Early Childhood Educators and Administrator in all facets of Child Care Center activities. Educator will assist with carrying out lesson plans, incorporating component plans and assist large and small groups of children.

Our youngest ones from LEARN rode the bus to Bloom Children's Art Studio this morning for some engaging process art and sensory play! We got messy with hands-on LEARNing and explored the taste-safe materials that Talea Kellar prepared for our private class. Not only that, but Talea chatted with our early educators on curriculum prep! SO COOL! This place is such a wonderful *new* resource for our community! Go check them out!

And thanks to First Student for the infant-safe busses! That alone was quite the LEARNing adventure!

It's Ice Cream Juneau came back to visit LEARN! Music and all! This weather demands popsicles, and they deliver! A fun, little treat to cool us off and make us smile. Even the staff got giddy! I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!
