I hope the back-to-school season is treating you well. Texas Project WILD was busy this summer training several hundred educators around the state, and we hope you are able to work these activities into your fall classes and programs.

The national Project WILD program has also partnered again with Bat Conservation International to host a Teach About Bats webinar again this year free to educators.

Target Audience: Ideal for formal and nonformal educators who teach students in grades 3-8.
Description: Join staff from Project WILD, Bat Conservation International, and California Department of Fish and Wildlife to learn about the importance of bats, stewardship efforts that students and teachers can take to help bats, and resources for teaching about bats.
Registration: Registration on Zoom required to attend. An on-demand recording of webinar will be available through October 2026 to anyone who registers.
