We hope all the Little Jays are having a wonderful summer! We miss seeing your smiling faces and can't wait to begin a new school year together. 💙 Here's some helpful information:

Families will be notified about next steps and placements when available. Teachers will reach out in August after they return and class lists are finalized.

📣 Due to the power being out in the area, Geary County Schools USD 475 will NOT have summer school, 21st Century or extended school year programming on Tuesday, June 9.

Please note that 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 as well. Thank you for your understanding.

𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁: Due to the weather expected in the area late this afternoon, Geary County Schools USD 475 will be dismissing early on Monday, May 18. All after-school activities are canceled.

Please note that Junction City High School USD 475 will be releasing at 1 p.m., while all other schools will release at 1:45 p.m.

Important Dates for the Early Childhood Center in May!
May 15: Water Day
May 18th: No School - Plan Day for Early Childhood and Elementary Schools (EC-5th grade)
May 19th: Last Day of School for ECC students
