Our first full week back at school is in the books, and we must say, quite a success!

From welcoming preschoolers back into our building, to birthday celebrations and busy classrooms… what a wonderful start to the year our Jaguars have had!

We are so proud of our Jaguars for leading the way here at JCES! ❤️🐾

It is time to register your children for the Priority Kids Club. Please note that annual registration is required.

Our kickoff meeting will take place on September 3rd in the library at approximately 7:20 a.m. More information about the club is detailed below.

Our fourth graders became book critics today! 📖

Students explored a variety of books during our Book Tasting, sampling different genres, discovering new authors, and sharing their thoughts about each book.

They practiced making observations, giving thoughtful critiques, and deciding which books sparked their interest. 📚❤️

Third grade enjoyed ice cream sundaes today after completing classroom missions. They learned about working as a team - collaboration, team building, team work, discussing with respect and taking turns. Then, they made a recipe for a great classroom! “We are like a sundae: better together.” Some decided they needed scoops of kindness, scoops of mistakes, scoops of learning and more! 🍦
