When we talk US military standards, we talk hard numbers, not opinions. The M9 has been put through impossibly-rigorous durability and reliability tests that greatly exceed any kind of real-life situation--and it has passed them all with flying colors. For instance, it will keep functioning in temperatures as low as -40 F and as high as +140 F, and it consistently fires over 35,000 rounds of commercial ammunition before a failure. Another official test that the M9 had to pass was at the firing range. Even here, the demands of the US military far exceed most conditions in which a handgun is used--and even here, the M9 delivers. As per government testing guidelines, this pistol is capable of firing 10-shot groups of 3 inches or less at a distance of 50 meters (approximately 55 yards), with consistency and reliability. With other brands and models of premium pistols, this kind of accuracy may only be attained with extensive (and expensive) modifications and customization with after-market parts, while the M9 offers it right out of the box.
The M9 offers a variety of tactical features that make it equally safe, easy to use and dependable in the holster of military personnel as well as for home or personal defense. Its reversible magazine release enables the use of either hand for tactical magazine changes, while its ambidextrous safety-decocker makes the pistol flexible for right- or left-handed persons or for shooters trying out different gripping or shooting styles. If I ever wanted to own another Beretta handgun again I'd come to midway USA this handgun is absolutely amazing I fired about 250 rounds through it already and I have not had a single problem from it this gun is great for what you get it comes with two magazines and it comes in a nice hard case I got mine in 9 mm and it is a solid shooter shoots very accurately and it's a great handgun for competitive shooters for self-defense home defense this handgun is absolutely amazing life and the people I bought it from they are amazing it shipped out fast I didn't have any problems getting it from my FFL dealer I had zero problems getting it to me if shipped shipped out fast it only took five days to get to my FFL dealer and I pick and I can pick it up the same day awesome gun awesome place 11 out of 10 would recommend

Well executed at this price point
The raw accuracy of this pistol is very good. Balance, handling and ergonomics are excellent for my hands as I expected from a High Power clone. Machining quality is very good, something I am coming to expect more with CNC equipment commonplace. The matte finish is not fancy, but very practical and well done. I, too, found a lot of (very light) rust on and around the recoil spring and guide rod. Cleaned it off with Kroil and no problems so far. The trigger is not as good as I was hoping for. A lot of creep before a solid and clean break, almost like a two stage trigger. This is not a target gun for me, so I can live with the trigger for now. Over all I would say the pistol is well done especially at this price point. It is like shooting a slightly smaller 1911 with less recoil and 15 rounds. What's not to like?
