Children making music on an old stump while chickens peck across the yard. Hummingbirds flutter and chirp around the feeder while the breeze sets its chimes humming quietly. Lazy clouds cover the warm autumn sun as birds converse in the trees above. All is simple, all is calm. A beautiful Cottage School morning.

What is a cottage school?
An education alternative similar to the original one-room schoolhouse, with multiple ages and abilities learning and growing together. Class time: M-F 8am-12pm.

I figured out students need something better and teachers do too!
