Congratulations to our Computer Science students! They are working hard to prepare for their upcoming UIL competitions!

Last Friday, the Joshua High School UIL Academic Computer Science team faced its toughest test of the season, but still came out on top in the team standings.

The team, consisting of Nolan Girtz, Lincoln Kolhagen and Austin Rees, overcame the strongest set of competition they had encountered to secure the tournament win by eight points. The victory marks the team's fourth consecutive UIL competition win. To top it off, Rees placed third, individually.

Our Health Science classes did Halloween a little differently this year!
🩹Mrs. Payne’s PCT students wrapped up their pressure ulcer lessons by making their own fake wounds.
🧑‍⚕️Mrs. Dees’ Health Science Theory classes suited up and “performed surgery” on pumpkins in the OR.
🦠And Mrs. Hickerson’s classes brought in pumpkins that were full of all kinds of “diseases.”
