The Ice Farm The Ice Farm is a year round ice carving business that is also a Christmas Tree Farm. Stanley and Lisa Kolonko bought the farm in 2021.

We love everything holiday and try to help our community in many positive ways 🎄We are located in Jordan, NY. The Ice Farm provides year-round ice sculptures for parties, weddings and winter events. We deliver to Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and surrounding areas. We are also a Christmas Tree Farm. We sell precut and cut your own Christmas Trees. We also make fresh wreaths and other holiday decorations. Stan and Lisa Kolonko are the owners and built their log home on the property in 2024.

Between the raindrops 💦we started pruning this weekend. Every single tree needs to be hand pruned every single year. It helps the trees stay full and strong 💪and beautiful. 🎄
