A new gym floor is an investment in our students, athletes, and school community. 🏀💚

Let’s all do our part by wearing clean gym shoes only on the court. Together, we can protect our new floor, prevent damage, and create a safe environment for everyone.

RANGER NATION: Exciting news to share as the new gym floor is being installed this week. Next step is to sand it down and add the lines and graphics on the floor before school starts. Looking forward to seeing the finished product in August.

Due to the rain, today's softball practice has been canceled.
As long as the weather cooperates, we will be back on the field for practice Thursday from 5:00–6:30 PM.

🏐 Joppa High School Volleyball Open Gyms are almost here! 💚💛

It’s time to get back in the gym and start preparing for the upcoming season! Open gyms are a great opportunity to shake off the rust, build chemistry with your teammates, and get extra reps before official practices begin.

🕒 Time: 3:00–5:00 PM
📍 Location: Joppa Baptist Church Gym

All current and incoming high school volleyball players are encouraged to attend. Bring your water, athletic shoes, and a great attitude—we’re excited to get back to work!

This is your chance to own a piece of Joppa Rangers history! 💚💛

The old gym floor has officially been removed, and THIS FRIDAY, JULY 3, from 3:00–5:00 PM, you’ll have the opportunity to take home a piece of the court where so many unforgettable memories were made.

🏀 Countless games.
🏀 Championship moments.
🏀 Pep rallies.
🏀 Friendships.
🏀 Ranger traditions.

Now, a piece of that history can become part of your home.

📍 Pickup Location: Back door of the gym by the tennis courts

⚠️ Please Read Before You Come:
• The floor pieces are VERY LARGE and HEAVY
• You MUST load your own piece
• Bring a truck or trailer (they will NOT fit in a car, SUV, or minivan)
• Please use caution—some pieces still contain nails/fasteners
• Construction on the new gym floor is underway, so please respect all restricted areas and the workers on site.
• The center court, end zones, and the “Joppa” section will remain at the school to preserve and display an important part of Ranger history.

📸 Be sure to check out the photo to see just how large these pieces are so you can come prepared.

Whether you played on this floor, coached from its sidelines, cheered from the stands, or simply grew up as part of Ranger Nation, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to preserve a piece of our legacy.
