If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure of how to keep track of your homeschool hours, grades, attendance, assessments, files and photos, who feels like there has to be a way to organize everything if you could only figure out how, hi. I see you. I’ve been in those shoes. Homeschooling is a lot. TrackED helps make sure homeschooling is a lot of fun instead of a lot of stress. I designed TrackED to:
✅ Do all the math
✅ Keep track of hours by subject, core, home, and more.
✅ Track attendance and grades.
✅ Be EASY.
✅ Be sharable allowing spouses account access and other helpers to have tracking form access.
✅ Keep track of your photos and files.
✅ Be graphs driven so you know where you are at and what you have left to do.
✅ Offer assessment reminders so you never forget to include assessments or evaluations.
✅ Handle as many kids as you can possibly have.
✅ Be fun and beautiful.
✅ Never touch AI.
✅ Run on a Google Sheet and a Google Drive File so you own ALL your data all the time.
✅ Make homeschooling easier - freeing us up to do what we love most, spend time with our babies ❤️

Homeschoolers! Add to the list in the comments! A lot of new homeschoolers struggle to know what to do and how to count it, let’s help them out! Share this post with your homeschooling friends!

Budgeting = Math

Shopping, knowing how to find what you need for the price you can afford, knowing how to checkout and when to ask for help = Home Ec.

Reading together = Reading (unless the book is about history, science or math, then it could count as that subject).

Trips to the park = PE

Dance class = PE or Creative arts

Games = a LOT of games count as Math (Logic), but some could count as Social Studies, Science or reading

Trips to the Zoo = Science all the way, especially if you stop and talk about all the animals, get to ask zookeepers questions, and read a lot of signs.

Cooking = Math and/or Home Ec.

Nature Walks = Science or PE

Cleaning their room = Home Ec. (Or PE sometimes the way my daughter does it 😳😂).

Bible study = Social Studies

And I keep track of all the hours with TrackED so I don’t have to do any of the math and so I always know exactly how many hours we’ve done! Learn more about TrackED here:
