Roster Information for August 2026

Returning JEC families should have or will be receiving a phone call from our office with your child's roster session information for August. Our office hours are limited in the month of July, so please be patient as we reach out and return phone messages.

For potential, new JEC students, we are still working on rosters, and these will not be fully developed until early August. This is due to needing our families to fill out the updated Free & Reduced meal application form, which rolls over in the month of July.
If your child had a screening already, please make sure to fill out the Free & Reduced meal application again, even if you filled it out at the screening as this is a requirement for our enrollment process.

It's that time of year for all of our current JEC families and potential JEC families to please fill out the annual Free & Reduced meal application for your child. This roll over happens after July 1 every year.

If your child is returning to JEC in August, we need to have your updated application on file.

If you are on our waiting list for a potential roster spot for your child, we do need an updated application filled out as well even if you filled one out at their screening appointment this Spring. If your child is not on a roster yet, you will not have a student ID number to enter. You can still fill this out without a number, just scroll down on the application form to bypass this area.

As teacher appreciation week comes to a close, we want to express our gratitude for each one of our teachers. Teachers are the pulse to education and we can not thank them enough. Teachers inspire students to love learning, to dream big, and to believe in themselves. Teachers are behind every classroom victory and accomplished goal.
