Worship Wednesday is HERE!!!
Our NHCA staff are uniquely blessed with valuable skills and abilities to share with others in wholehearted worship of our Lord and Savior.
Here is one excellent example of staff energetically assisting our little ones in their worship:
“Recently, some of our younger students enjoyed music camp! Campers enjoyed learning about different instruments, making music crafts, singing, listening to music stories, and learning the verse, ‘Let everything that has breath praise the Lord,’ Psalm 150:6.”
Thank you, Mrs. Wilkins, for your humble compassion and commitment to the NHCA community!

What an incredible two days at New Heights Christian Academy!
This Monday and Tuesday, our administration, teachers, and staff had the privilege of hosting a Herzog Foundation training — and our hearts are still full!
Over the course of two days, our team was challenged and inspired by speakers who brought powerful insight into the importance of a Biblical Worldview across every subject we teach. We were reminded that as educators, our calling goes far beyond academics. We are here to help orient our students' hearts toward what is right, good, true, and beautiful, as established by God Himself.
One question that truly moved us: How can a student love or desire something they have never been exposed to?
That question is at the heart of everything we do. Our role is to take our students on a journey, introduce them to things they've never encountered before stepping into one of our classrooms, and help them discover a love of learning rooted in Truth.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to the Herzog Foundation for partnering with us and making this training possible. We are leaving inspired, equipped, and more committed than ever to the mission God has placed before us here at New Heights Christian Academy.

A steadfast commitment to sharing Jesus, our Savior, through missions and servant-hearted endeavors lies at the very heart of NHCA and persists without faltering, even as summer commences.
One high school student wrote about her experience here:
“I chose to serve at Camp Barnabas even though I was going by myself and had no idea what to expect. I trusted God to help me through the week, and He showed me that serving others often means sacrificing your own comfort to build up and encourage people who just need a friend. Through serving my camper, I was able to share the love of Jesus, make new friends, and see God’s joy in so many different ways. Camp Barnabas quickly became one of the most special places I’ve ever been. It truly feels like the closest thing to heaven on earth. I left with unforgettable memories, a stronger faith, and a reminder that God can use us in amazing ways when we simply say yes.”
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

When school is not in session our families continue to worship God, our Creator, in many ways and throughout the summer days.
A specific family expressed it this way: “One of our summer routines is our daily Bible reading. Before we play or have any screen time, each boy reads a chapter of the Bible and writes a short paragraph about what they read. It’s a great way to keep up our reading and writing skills, while studying God’s Word!”
We look forward to worshipping together as a school family in August!
We love our NHCA families and school community!!

Our high school newly elected student council has already been at work planning events and activities for the 2026-2027 school year!
We spent 2 days and 2 nights at a lakehouse near Table Rock Lake and had a great time focusing on brainstorming and planning for the next school year.
This group is a delight to work with and has a lot of really fun and creative ideas! The school is blessed to have these student leaders as we look forward to the next adventures!

Worshiping God in spirit and in truth is a foundational call from John 4:24 requiring “heartfelt, authentic devotion!” Heartfelt meaning from the depths of your heart, genuinely connecting to God, our Creator and Jesus, our Savior. Truthful meaning “grounded and focused on the truth of our Great God.”
AND we have truly humble, spiritual worship leaders guiding our students and staff during
our school worship time, following John 4:24.
Three of them are Mr. and Mrs. Blakenship and of course Mrs. Nelson; we thank Jesus, for you three precious people at our school!
Thank You God, for the heart of our school focused on you!
