MIAA ATHLETE OF THE WEEK! 🏆

Caleb Leach is starting the 2026 season strong! 🦁

The senior earned MIAA Men’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week honors after finishing third at the Bearcat Invitational with a personal-best 19:03.93 in the four-mile race. Leach was the top collegiate finisher in the field and helped the Lions capture the team title!

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri Southern men's and women's cross country teams were both selected among the top four teams in the 2026 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association preseason coaches polls, announced Friday by the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association office.
