I’m so excited to be offering 2 upcoming workshops at Pura Vida Studio focused on improving your flexibility, control, and confidence in all things backbends + splits 💫

Whether you’re working toward a deeper bridge, cleaner lines in your aerial work, or just want to feel more open and strong in your body, these are for you.

We’ll focus on:
• Active flexibility (not just passive stretching)
• Safe, sustainable backbend progressions
• Strength + mobility for long-term results
• Drills you can take with you and keep using

All levels welcome! Modifications + progressions will be provided so you can meet your body where it’s at 💜

✨ Big news! ✨

I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially joined the team at Cirque de Vol in Raleigh, NC! After making the move from Missouri, I’m stepping into a new role as an aerial coach for their pre-professional performance program Pa’Volar and as a show director.

Cirque de Vol has already made me feel so welcome, and I can’t wait to connect with new students, collaborators, and fellow movement artists here in North Carolina. Whether you’re brand new to aerial or a seasoned performer, I’d love to move and create with you. Let’s fly!

✨ Meet Lyndsey! ✨

We are so excited to give a warm welcome to Lyndsey Bowen, who has recently moved to North Carolina from Missouri! With over a decade of experience as an aerialist, choreographer, and director, Lyndsey brings a wealth of knowledge in both performance and production.

Her impressive background includes work with renowned companies like Paper Doll Militia, Quixotic Cirque Nouveau, and Lonestar Circus. As a Born to Fly certified aerial instructor, she has been sharing her passion for aerial arts since 2013, specializing in choreography that blends technical skill with artistic expression.

We’re thrilled to have her as part of our team and can’t wait for you all to experience her incredible expertise!
