The late Elder Bill Buie wore this hat - Buie was the grandson of Bro A.T. Morgan the second presiding superintendent of the UPC. Morgan died in 1967 while presiding over a business meeting during the general conference in Tulsa, OK. He was succeeded by Stanley W. Chambers.

Elvis Presley will forever have ties to Pentecost including the Oneness movement. At the age of 13 Elvis along with his mother and father began attending a Oneness church in Memphis pastored by Rex Dyson - they attended for three years. One Sunday, Vernon, Gladys, and Elvis were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ by Rex Dyson. We have several documents and artifacts tying Elvis to Rex Dyson. One such artifact is sermon notes where Dyson references Elvis his mother and father. Also a newspaper article that tells about Rex Dyson baptizing Elvis in Jesus’ name. We also have a painting of Square Park downtown Memphis where Rex Dyson met the Presleys on a fateful summer day. On another note, we have the remarks made by Rev. Rex Humbard at Elvis’ funeral how he and Elvis prayed together in 1976. However you view Elvis is your business- but history is certain that he was given every opportunity to be saved.
