Our students were offered incentive to dress up this week for class. I hope you enjoy their costumes as much as we did.

Last week our students ran a table at the Joplin Third Thursday event. This is a great way to get students interacting with one of the communities they will be doing clinicals at in a few weeks.

This past summer in July our 2024-2025 paramedic cohort graduated! We are extremely proud of these students. So far eleven of them have passed their national registry and are now practicing paramedic providers.

Here is an update on the past spring semester. We had a class of 14 EMT students graduate. We awarded the Steve Fierro Memorial Scholarship to Brevon Lee from that class as well. Congratulations to all of these students!

MSSU Paramedic students spread the Christmas cheer this year by adopting angels from the MSSU Angel Tree.

Through their generous donations we were able to help 3 families with full Christmas gifts, and several more with stocking stuffers!

Missouri Southern State University 2023-2024 Paramedic Cohort 🦁

These 11 students have shown up day in and day out to prove they are ready to officially be Paramedics. The sleepless nights, hours away from family and stress was all worth it Tuesday evening at graduation when they got the official GO to take their certification exam.

We are very excited to see where this journey takes you and are proud of the men and women you have become!
