Tanglefooters Dance Club

Hi there,

We are excited to tell you we are having the Tanglefooter's Festival this year. It will be at the Memorial Hall in Carthage, MO. Bob and Sally will be our clinicians. The host hotel will be the Quality Inn in Carthage. It is under new management and we have discussed the issues we have had in the past, so they are not repeated. The rooms will be $84.00/night. The link is on this email. We will have an after-party at the motel Friday night and one Saturday. Attached is a flyer, we hope you will join us. Please share with anyone you think might be interested.

Monday, 01 April. Due to weathers concerns tonight, there will be no dance. 75+ MPH winds and tennis ball sized hail are on the docket. 😱 See you all next week.

Refund checks will be in the mail tomorrow.

Some are experiencing difficulties in contacting the hotel. Keith took the initiative to drive to the hotel to cancel his room. While there he canceled the contract and all reservations made under that contract. You are supposed to receive an email letting you know the reservation has been canceled.

We are so sorry to have to cancel at this late date but our venue is not available and we have been unable to find another venue. An email has been sent to (hopefully) every registered participant, but if you know of anyone who was planning on coming please spread the word. Refunds will be sent out ASAP.
Again, we sincerely regret the cancellation of the dance, especially at such a late date.

Due to the snow and icy roads we are canceling dance for tonight, February 12th.
Everyone stay home and safe and we will see you next week.

Sorry for the late notice but we will NOT be dancing tonight, January 22, because of the weather.
We will try again next week, January 29.

Remember, NO dance tonight, January 15th.
It is just too darn cold!
Stay home and safe and hopefully old man winter will let us dance Monday the 22nd.
