Members of the Greater Joplin Toastmasters were joined by members of Table Talk Toastmasters for a proclamation from Mayor Keenan Cortez, Sr, and the Joplin City Council last night acknowledging the Greater Joplin club's 20th anniversary. The club was chartered on this date, February 4, 2005.
