Our hygiene shelf is running dangerously low.
Right now, we are especially in need of:
• Deodorant
• Shampoo
• Lice treatment kits
These basic items help students feel clean, confident, and ready to learn. When families are struggling to make ends meet, hygiene products are often one of the first things they have to go without.
If you'd like to help, we've made it easy to click and ship with our Amazon wish list. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2J0U0S55IGLIA Items ship directly to Bright Futures Joplin and go straight to students who need them most. Items can also be dropped at the front desk at 825 S. Pearl Ave. Thank you!💙🧡💙

Our friends at Saint Paul's UMC have received the Celebration of Schools Friends of Education award!! This is so well deserved. We look to them as a glowing example of what it is to be a Community Partner in Joplin Schools. Congratulations!! 💙🧡💙
Congratulations to Saint Paul's UMC for receiving the Celebration of Schools Friends of Education award! Saint Paul's has been a core support for us at Cecil Floyd. Saint Paul's has partnered with us for many years supporting our students and staff through incentives, Back to School and Family Nights, supporting our Bright Futures Joplin program, staff and students support through gifts, conference and TAW meals as well as when a student or family is in need. They have exemplified what being a core leader for our building is! Without the support of Saint Paul's many of the celebrations and rewards would not be possible!
Pictured receiving the reward is Nancy Hampton, Missions and Outreach Director for Saint Paul's. Nancy is our go to lady when we are in need; however, we know there are many individuals at Saint Paul's behind the scene that continue to support the education of our students🎉
