So excited to officially begin expanding the Helix campus with a second building! 🎉 Over the next several weeks we’ll be sharing more details about all the exciting new programs and opportunities coming to Helix, including New Competitive Cheer center, Dance, Circus Arts, Ninja & Parkour, and Adult Fitness… and a coffee shop :) Enrollment for new programs opens June 15th, and we’re planning to begin programming in July — we can’t wait to share what’s next! 💚

We have all commitment types available. SEE YOU WEDNESDAY, MAY 27th!

⭐️ NOVICE - very low commitment. Typically for younger or newer athletes. Practice 2 hours a week and attend 3 to 4 competitions.
⭐️PREP - dip your toes in competitive. A little more commitment but not too much. Practice 3 to 4 hours a week attend 4 to 6 competitions. Including one further travel (but still regional) competition.
⭐️ELITE - Full competitive cheer experience. Practice 5 to 6 hours a week and attend 6 to 9 competitions. Also, a chance to compete at prestigious end of season events in Florida.
⭐️1/2 SEASON - In season will be the months of November - April. Opportunities to still train from now through November. Practice 4 to 5 hours a week and attend 3 to 4 smaller not to distant competitions.
