Happy Retirement to Mrs JH Cindy Spinks!

From the Transportation Department - As we are getting ready to start another school year in less than a month, we wished Mrs. Cindy Spinks a Happy Retirement today after 33+ years of service to Catahoula Parish Schools! She and her husband JH have been transporting the students of the Parhams community to the Jonesville school district for more than 3 decades! Best wishes on retirement!

JES Updates!
—Open House is Tuesday, August 9th, at 5:30-6:30 pm.

—Dress code is regular clothes with rigorous guidelines on NO leggings worn as pants and NO baggy/saggy pants/shorts. Other rules—shirts must have sleeves, no obscene language/pictures on shirts, shirts must fall below the waistline; bottoms with rips/distressed must have leggings to cover skin, and shorts/dresss should be a decent length (approximately2” above the knee)
{Habitual violations will result in uniform dress code.}

—School supplies will be provided for all students. Students will only need a backpack and their room fees.

—First Day of School is Friday, August 12th! We’re getting excited and ready to see our kiddos! .

Today was the last day of school for CPSB, and it also closed a chapter for one of our drivers. Jonesville School District driver, Mrs. Kathy Williamson, activated her stop lights for the last time this afternoon as she is retiring after a number of years with the district.
