Day 3 of professional development is in full swing! A big thank you to our presenters this morning: Arisa Health (Jonesboro) and Hope Found of Northeast Arkansas!

Yesterday, our teachers took a deep dive into the TESS Rubric, collaborating to refine their practice, strengthen instruction, and ultimately improve outcomes for every student. Their reflections not only highlighted the practices that have the greatest impact on learning but also helped shape the coaching and support that will fuel our continued growth as a school community.
